How often are load and truck postings updated?
Information on Power Only Dispatch is updated in real-time 24 hours a day. Member’s postings are made instantly. Postings can also be deleted or updated just as easily. Expired postings are deleted automatically from the database.

Are there any additional charges or hidden costs?
Manufacturers: There are no extra charges or hidden fees.  It’s free with registration. You post as often as you like.
Transportation: There are hidden fees, fees are listed in contract.  Fees are flat rate. 

What if I move a load and the manufacture doesn't pay me?
Please call (775) 371-9906 and speak with a customer service representative if you found the load on Power Only Dispatch. We can prevent the manufacture/shipper from using our service.

What are the abbreviations for different trailer types?
Links to view our trailer types are conveniently located throughout the web site.

Why do I have problems logging in?
The most common reason members are unable to login is because they enter the wrong username and password. Quite often, they try to use login information for another load board.

I entered the correct username and password, but I can't login?
Our web site uses cookies, so please ensure your web browser is enabled to accept cookies. Cookies are small (safe) files placed on your computer when you browse web sites. Not all web sites use them, but many do. Web sites use cookies so they can track what you are viewing and recognize your computer when you come back to visit again.

Why do I keep getting logged off throughout the day?
The most common reason members get logged off is because there has been no activity for 60 minutes. Our servers do this for security reasons. It may also be because someone else is logging in with your username and password.

Can several people in my office use the same account?
We can setup your account for multiple users, so everyone can login and use Power Only Dispatch simultaneously at an additional charge of $5.00 per account, per month. Accounts are not configured for multiple users by default, so you must call (775) 371-9906 and speak with a customer service representative.

Can several of my company's offices use the same account?
Each company office must setup and maintain its own paid account. Discounts are available for companies with multiple offices, and the rate varies based on the number of offices. Please call for more information and special pricing.

How do I change my account information?
If your phone numbers, address, or email address has changed, please call and speak with a customer service representative. They can also change your username and password if needed.

What browser should I use?
Although it's not necessary, we recommend using the latest browser available to download from Microsoft or Netscape. Because our site uses frames, you must use at least version 3.0 of Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer.

Can AOL users use the service?
Many of our members use America Online, and there should be no problems.

If I don't use my account, does it get canceled automatically?
No, we do not cancel your account just because you may not login to use it. You are responsible for canceling your Power Only Dispatch account if needed. Consider this, if you go on vacation and don't use your telephone at home, the phone company will not cancel your phone service. Accounts may be canceled for non-payment.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
We prefer you use our cancellation request. and follow up by calling (775) 371-9906 during business hours, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST) Monday through Friday. (Closed all weekends and Holidays.)   Please do not send email to cancel your account.

Do you give refunds or credit my credit card if I cancel?
Power Only Dispatch does not issue refunds or credit. If you choose to cancel your account and have pre-paid, your account will remain active for use through the time you paid.
